All the packages always include:

- Free all you can drink Bavarian beer at our very own 'Munich Travel Bar' (every day from 1pm till 5pm)
- Free all you can eat traditional Bavarian stew at our very own 'Munich Travel Bar' (every day from 1pm till 5pm) , our bar is located at Isartor close to Marienplatz & Hofbräuhaus
- Free pub crawl from 6pm till 10pm, ending at the main train station (Free power hour starts at the Munich Travel Bar at 6pm, daily)
- Free city walking tour (orientation & history) twice daily. Duration about 3 hours
- Free Munich city map
- Free Oktoberfest info brochures, map of the grounds incl. layout of all stalls & rides
- Free T-shirt (Oktoberfest-Beds)

Lots & lots of fun guaranteed!

- Important: all our partners (hostels and budget hotels) are located close to the Oktoberfest fairground or the main railway station (max. 5.1 km from there) . The camping site “The Wiesncamp' is about 10 km from Oktoberfest.

- These events are all included in the price, they are absolutely free, so if you don´t make use of any one particular option you are not wasting any money as it was free in the first place. In other words no refunds in the event that you are unable to make it.

- Services of your experienced native German/English speaking tour coordinator
We have our own English/German info point at the Munich Travel Bar daily from 11am to 7pm. One of our experienced tour coordinators will be here to assist you with any questions or concerns that you might have.
You may also pick up your free beer stein (filled with beer of course), t-shirt & info packages at the Munich Travel Bar.

- Express check in at your hostel
We can fill in the check in form for you so that you just have to show your pass, sign the form and get your key. Just email us before arrival to have more information

VERY IMPORTANT

Please note full prepayement is required!
We will then also email you a pdf-receipt within 72 hours. The accommodation voucher and other travel documents will be sent to you per email at least 7 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation conditions: By written cancellation till the 1st of june 2010, we would reimburse 50% of the amount paid for the online confirmed booking. After the 1st of june 2010, no reimbursement.
